RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

  • Please note that the package can’t be opened without payment, in case of Exchange/Return, you can contact us to proceed.

 

  • In case of return, refund is done after deducting the shipping fees.

 

  • Returns & Exchanges can be done within 14 days from the date of delivery only.
 
  • To be eligible for exchange/return, your item must be new, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
 
  • We have the right to decline an exchange/return request if the product is used, damaged, soiled, or in any condition other than its original one, and the product will be sent back to the customer.
 
  • In case of any self-inflicted damages to the item after purchase, we will not be held liable. Accordingly exchange/return will be declined.
 
  • Customers will be held liable for shipping costs or any other costs associated with returning the item to us.
 
  • In the rare case of receiving a faulty or defective item, we will be responsible for costs associated with returning the product.
  • The exchange procedure can be done only once.
  • Items on SALE can’t be returned, it can be exchanged based on the stock availability.
